Autohaus is THE PREMIER St. Louis BMW dealership from a parts an service perspective. Several of their Service Writers have come from from the technical side of service so they are very familiar with these parts an service perspective. I have just had a lot of work done on my 2006 3 series and it was fairly costly though the car does have 97,000 miles. Dan is always responsive, proactive and will go out of his way to explain exactly what the problem is and to provide a loaner at the last minute as I needed on my last visit. Dan seems to be a very positive person by nature and when repairs need to be done his approach is exactly what's needed. More

I never have a problem getting an appointment when I need to, Chris is always so nice and helpful and always keeps me informed of what work I need to have done with my car, how long it will take and how much it will cost. In the event the service is going to take a little while, he is always able to provide me with a loaner car while mine is in service.
