I have used Autohaus since my first 2002 in 1974, when virtually no one had even heard of BMW. I tried another local service dept. as a trial because the shop was closer to my work, and they left the cov virtually no one had even heard of BMW. I recently switched over to Autohaus from another dealership in town for my BMW maintenance. I am SO happy with the change! Linda Schaffer was a pleasure to work with, and the entire staff at Autoh dealership in town for my BMW maintenance. I am SO happy with the change! Linda Schaffer was a pleasure to work with, and the entire staff at Autohaus were friendly and said hello! Some mysterious lights came on in my dashboard, and Autohaus was able to fit me in the same day to take a look at what was going on! Upon arrival, Linda S said that I was actually due for an oil change as well, so she set me up in a (very nice) loaner car, and then phoned the next morning when the car was ready! It was such a breath of fresh air to have my car ready promptly, BEFORE it was promised, and to have such an easy experience at a car dealership! Thanks Autohaus! More

I had a serious electrical problem created by another service experience at a local tire shop & battery shop. I needed to take a trip to DC that day. I took my vehicle to the AutoHaus BMW dealer on South Hanley Road. Once there, Dan Wirick quickly got his team on my issue After a 1 ½ hour investigation and a quick repair I was on my way. BMW AutoHaus took a difficult situation and quickly resolved my concerns, at a very affordable price. I was totally satisfied and will go back to AutoHaus for my BMW needs. I was able to take my emergency trip. Thank you Dan Wirick and the service technician who fixed my car and threw in a quick wash and vacuum. More
Dan Warwick was my customer service agent at Autohaus BMW. Dan was courteous, friendly, concerned about the service of my 325i. He efficiently checked me in and as promised had the technicians assess th BMW. Dan was courteous, friendly, concerned about the service of my 325i. He efficiently checked me in and as promised had the technicians assess the nature of the repairs needed. He informed me step by step of what was happening. Once repair assessment was made, Dan provided me with a comparable vehicle to use until repairs to my car were complete. My car was with the dealer for 1.5 days and I was kept up-to-date as to when the work would be complete. I left a satisfied customer and appreciated the efficiency and care I was shown as a customer. Would definitely use this dealership and certainly want Dan Warwick as my service agent! More
