Greg and Autohaus were wonderful to work with. Greg kept me informed about the progress of my repairs with regular phone calls. I have a 3 series diesel sedan and it started to lose power suddenly while dri me informed about the progress of my repairs with regular phone calls. I have a 3 series diesel sedan and it started to lose power suddenly while driving. It was determined to be carbon build up in the engine which apparently is not a rare occurence. At 60 K miles it is out of warranty and Greg and Autohaus were able to get the repairs covered by BMW at no cost to me and that is greatly appreciated. Autohaus' loaner program is top shelf. Other visits to Autohaus for service/repairs have always been painless and easy. I did not give them 5/5 across the board as it took just under 4 weeks to get my car back, small price considering I did not have to pay for this repair. I plan to keep this car for a while and I now wish I had purchased the extended warranty, my bad. More
