In addition to addressing these problems, he assisted me with body work. A previous quote for body work was a little higher than originally quoted; however, Manager, John Williams did not hesitate to stand by their original quote and lowered the price. Solid, professional service every time I've been in to service my 2004 BMW a few times, for various reasons, and my Service Advisor Chris has been there to help me out each time. Even thoug I've been in to service my 2004 BMW a few times, for various reasons, and my Service Advisor Chris has been there to help me out each time. Even though I didn't buy the vehicle there everyone I interact with treats me as if I did. Most recently, someone shattered the driver side window out and I had a mobile repair company replace it. The only issue was that they didn't do the installation properly. It was frustrating to say the least, but I knew I could count on Autohaus to do it properly. Thanks again to Chris in thoroughly explaining what the issues were and getting it repaired quickly to avoid interior damage due to cold weather. Also, a big thanks to the guys in the shop that keep my car running smoothly! More

I had called in but could not remember who I spoke with so they let me talk with Jennifer. She was AMAZING!!! She helped me out in everyday possible! They were able to squeeze my car in and fix it in a shorter amount of time then they said they could! Every time we spoke she was so nice and happy! I will bring my car back here in the future!!!! I called Chris Ckem first thing the next morning and, although the they had 50 appointments that day, Chris recognized that I was I a terrible bind and went a I've and beyond to work me in, order a new wheel for my car, and have my car repaired all within 24 hours. Chris even provided practical, reasonable advice, given the unexpected expensive repairs to my car. Other dealerships in the area were indicating that I might be stranded over the weekend because of their inability to help. I'll forever refer people to Chris Clem at Autohaus. More
