My service experience is always excellent Over the past 9 years we have had experiences with several dealerships in the West County and St. Louis area. By far the best dealership for BMW sales Over the past 9 years we have had experiences with several dealerships in the West County and St. Louis area. By far the best dealership for BMW sales and service is Autohaus. We travel quite a distance to have our service done at Autohaus, but it's worth it. Chris Clem, my service advisor, is always very helpful and courteous and gets me in and out quickly. He provides a car when I need it and keeps me posted and updated on my service and any pricing changes. The rest of the staff is equally kind and polite and very pleasant, always. From the young men that greet me when I arrive and bring me my cleaned car when I return to the office manager that checks me out, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience every time I visit the dealership. Purchasing a vehicle is equally as enjoyable. More
