Oil Service and Repair paint blemish. Within a week of taking possession of my new BMW I found a blemish in the paint. After receiving authorization, Victor arranged to have the blemish repaired when I brought the car in for its next service. I brought the car in for an oil service. Mike Crader arranged the oil service and paint repair in a timely and hospitable manner. He kept me informed during the process. A brand new loaner with less than 900 miles was supplied to me. My BMW was returned with the paint repaired and the oil service completed not only in a timely manner, but it was as clean and spotless as it was when first received it. More

By the time the car was ready it was in great shape not to mention the courtesy interior and exterior cleaning and I had my new license plates put on the car for free. More

Superior Service Chris Clem and the service team at Autohaus were amazing. I brought my car in to fix the a/c blower fan. They could not readily identify the problem, Chris Clem and the service team at Autohaus were amazing. I brought my car in to fix the a/c blower fan. They could not readily identify the problem, but continued to hunt for it and eventually discovered the root cause. The part was ordered and replaced the next day. Chris was wonderful to work with! mike crader and his service manager are great ! My 2009 335d had a serious problem caused by soot clogging the intake manifold of my engine .This problem I believe is caused by the inferior diesel f My 2009 335d had a serious problem caused by soot clogging the intake manifold of my engine .This problem I believe is caused by the inferior diesel fuel sold in the US and the repair was not covered with my BMW EXTENDED WARRANTY . Mike Crader and his service manager both went to bat for me and interceded with BMW to have the cleaning of the ports performed at no expense to me . I can't thank Mike and the management team enough for their help ! I have also had similar experiences in the past dealing with another service advisor, Greg Issitt . More
