My 750Li has had several mechanical repairs over the years, from door handles to catalytic converters to gas tank filters, and Linda has guided me through the process each time with a great attitude. She will discuss a given issue with me and provide descriptions and explanations that are understandable. In the end, if Linda says a part or piece needs to be replaced or repaired, I will have the work done. Honestly I cannot imagine working with anyone else. Linda is the reason I come to Autohaus, and she is the reason I recommend Autohaus at every opportunity. More

Oil Change ended up costing over $1700 and still left happy! Autohaus sets the bar high with outstanding customer service and comfort. I live much closer to West County BMW and after a few trips there was so di Autohaus sets the bar high with outstanding customer service and comfort. I live much closer to West County BMW and after a few trips there was so discouraged and sick of their terrible customer service that I tried Autohaus BMW which was twice the distance of the West County dealership but still so worth the extra drive. I went to get my car serviced for a new oil change and worked with Greg Issitt for this purpose. Greg let me know that my run flat rear tires were shot and needed two new tires and an alignment in addition to a air filter. He offered me a loaner car that was magnificent as he needed to order the tires. Greg also found the reason my windshield fluid lights came on all the time and needed the pump to be replaced. The total came to over $1700.00 but still walked out with a smile that my 2007 BMW 550i was set and ready to roll. Greg was excellent and look forward to working with him again in the future! More

Jennifer stayed on the phone with me until I was able to move my car to a safe place, apologized for my troubles, and provided me the options to either have my vehicle towed or to drive it to the dealership. I opted to drive my vehicle to the dealership, and during my commute, I received two calls from Jennifer concerning my safety. Upon my arrival, Jennifer was there to greet me, she apologized again from my inconvenience, and had my loaner car waiting. During the entire process, Jennifer was prompt, patient, and professional, taking time to explain all of the details about my repairs. Jennifer was authentic and a pleasure to work with. I was totally impressed with the quality of Jennifer's customer service and with the time frame in which my repairs were completed. Jennifer Burke rocks! More
