I accidentally left my garage pass, I'd like to commend Jennifer Burke for her outstanding customer service during my last two visits to Autohaus BMW. I accidentally left my garage pass, first in my own car and then in the loaner. Jennifer cheerfully and doggedly retrieved it for me on both occasions. She also got my wheelchair out of my trunk while it was in the service floor and helped load groceries when I turned in the loaner car.
