Needed some warranty work and a list of some items that needed checking, battery , glovebox along with general service maintenance. Mike was very knowledgeable, very, very courteous, and saw that everything was done on our list to our satisfaction. Gave us a loaner car and called us next day to pick up our car, promptly just as he said he would do. We were very pleased with Mike's work ethic, in fact we are still talking what a positive experience we had at the dealership. Even the young man checking in wiith us upon bringing back loaner car, so polite. Overall a wonderful experience for us, a big thankyou to Mike and everyone in the service dept. More

Jennifer makes it easy I live between two cities and so making appointments with different service providers often gets tricky and challenging for me but not when it comes t I live between two cities and so making appointments with different service providers often gets tricky and challenging for me but not when it comes to my car. Jennifer understands my challenges and tries her best to get me in even with a last minute notice and also arrange for a loaner car so that I can take care of other things. She never up sales and offers reasonable pricing for different services. Recently got brand new tires and the price charged by the dealership was lower than other tire places thus eliminating the myth that dealers always charge more. I am very grateful to Jennifer for her valuable advice and also the techs who are very knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership itself is very posh and so if you ever have to wait, it will be a comfortable wait at the lounge which is well equipped with a bunch of complimentary amenities. However for me the best part is checking out the new models and making my wishlist even more longer :) - Dr. Sen More
