Amazing! Astonished! The best!! Wow. I must say I am extremely pleased with my last visit to Autohaus BMW. My service member was Patti and I am totally blown away by how helpful, swe Wow. My service member was Patti and I am totally blown away by how helpful, sweet and genuine she was in the process of fixing my vehicle. She found out every single piece of information I needed very quickly and got back to me in record timing! I gave her my budget amount and asked her to please work with me and SHE DID JUST THAT!! I am beyond satisfied with Patti and I will NEVER EVER go through another service member simply for the fact that she was truly amazing and extremely helpful! She informed me every time she found out new information, and did not fret to call me and inform me, WHICH WAS OH SO AMAZING! Literally the best customer service experience I have ever had! I am not sure what y'all are paying this woman but DOUBLE IT!!! She is a keeper and I look forward to doing business through her again!! Thank you Patti, your the best!! More

Service for a new key My key was not working on this 2015 528. I had to drop the car off and wait over an hour and the lady came out and handed me a key and said everythin My key was not working on this 2015 528. I had to drop the car off and wait over an hour and the lady came out and handed me a key and said everything was taken care of. I went to use the key and it still did not work. I had to go find the service guy and he said there was corrosion and it was not under warranty. Had I not tried the key I would have driven home with my other key. He did not bother to come and even tell me I had to go find him. I will say the guys in the service were very friendly. More
