Oil Service and Repair paint blemish. Within a week of taking possession of my new BMW I found a blemish in the paint. After showing it to Victor Richards, he took pictures and contacted B Within a week of taking possession of my new BMW I found a blemish in the paint. After showing it to Victor Richards, he took pictures and contacted BMW for repair authorization. After receiving authorization, Victor arranged to have the blemish repaired when I brought the car in for its next service. I brought the car in for an oil service. Mike Crader arranged the oil service and paint repair in a timely and hospitable manner. He kept me informed during the process. A brand new loaner with less than 900 miles was supplied to me. My BMW was returned with the paint repaired and the oil service completed not only in a timely manner, but it was as clean and spotless as it was when first received it. More

Superior Service Chris Clem and the service team at Autohaus were amazing. I brought my car in to fix the a/c blower fan. They could not readily identify the problem, Chris Clem and the service team at Autohaus were amazing. I brought my car in to fix the a/c blower fan. They could not readily identify the problem, but continued to hunt for it and eventually discovered the root cause. The part was ordered and replaced the next day. Chris was wonderful to work with!
