Excellent Service Experience I had been referred and had work done at a different BMW Service Center prior to this visit. The reason for this appointment? To have the "same" ser I had been referred and had work done at a different BMW Service Center prior to this visit. The reason for this appointment? To have the "same" service performed on the same issue (grr!)...needless to say, I wasn't excited about this appointment. From the very beginning, the experience was totally different...I was welcomed upon arriving and began the check in immediately with Greg. He was knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease about having to bring my car in again. He also reviewed my car service history (as I recently purchased my car from a previous owner) and shared what I could have performed at the same time of the visit as Service was included (Wow! Great to know!). The repair and service was performed in a day - amazing (it took 4 days at the other location) and getting a loaner vehicle was just as convenient. I will definitely come back when I need another service appointment. True 5 Star experience all the way around! More

Positive and friendly experience I took my BMW X3 in for service. I was given a time which was convenient for me to meet with Mike Crader, my service representative. Mike had me sit I took my BMW X3 in for service. I was given a time which was convenient for me to meet with Mike Crader, my service representative. Mike had me sit at his desk and reviewed the recommendations for service my vehicle needed at the time. He discussed the cost of each and helped us separate out what was essential at the time and what did not need to be done right away to help with expense. The car was ready the following morning and we had it back within less than 24 hours. Mike Crader was great - he had a good sense of humor and was very friendly and helpful. Autohaus BMW has been great throughout our BMW ownership experience! More

Great Service! I thought I needed to get a new tire because of the noise my car was making, but Chris thought it might be something else- although I was pretty sure I thought I needed to get a new tire because of the noise my car was making, but Chris thought it might be something else- although I was pretty sure it was the tire. Fortunately I was wrong, and thankfully we didn't have to put an unnecessary new tire on the car. Chris and the tech team found the real issue quickly and saved me some money in the process.
