I had a terrible experience with another BMW dealership in town. I brought my newly purchased vehicle to Autohaus and they took tremendous care of me. They fixed my vehicle for less than was quoted to me at the other dealership, loaned me a great vehicle at no charge while they repaired mine and, all in all, I had a great experience. I will never purchase from the other dealership again, any future BMWs I buy will be through Autohaus. More

Chris and I laid out a plan to add some extra muscle to my car. Chris took the time to call Dinan to make sure what my car needed to have done and more importantly what not to have done. First step was a Dinan Stage 2 which we completed this week. Both Chris and the installing tech drove the car to make sure the power promised delivered. Troubleshooting engine issue and performance upgrade I found the dealership very responsive, honest and helpful. This is largely based on my interaction, mostly over the phone, with Ethan Krystal. He was deliberate, very communicative and honest about what they thought the problem with the engine faults were. They took a pragmatic approach to the issue, helpling manage cost associated with assesing the issue and not to too often typical, shot gun costly reaction. I'm a technically savvy person and appreciated the diagnostic approach to try and solve the problem in a measured manner. Ethan called me regularly to keep me informed of progress and what was unfortunately a costly repair needed in the end. I felt comfortable that the proposed solution was in fact what the car needed. The car was ready as expected and when I called to assess if they could also install a performance upgrade, they did so quickly and efficiently. Further, they were very fair about the cost overall, applying discounts available and frankly, not charging me for double labor. I am skeptical of auto service in general. I simply trust these people. More

When I describe a problem with my auto he can diagnose the issue and propose a solution. This knowledge has prevented me from being stranded on some long trips I have made. I have recommended Chris Clem to those people I know who have BMWs. Should I decide to purchase another auto the choice would be to do so through Autohaus. The people who have assisted me when paying charges in the service department are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions I may have of the charges. Very hospitable. More

Linda Schaeffer and her Tech (#196) performed a thorough inspection of the car, then recommended and performed only those services that were necessary, even though I was suggesting some unnecessary expenses, like tires. Linda's personalized service is the reason I will only let Autohaus touch my car. Satisfied again! More
