He was professional, kind, respectful and very helpful. He assured me the issue I had would be resolved and he mentioned a computer update that the car needed he gave me a loaner. When my car was finished he called me promptly and gave me a detailed run down of the work done. I have never worked with Ethan before but he is definitely an asset to the company! I was in and out in no time! The one thing that stands out at BMW AUTOHAUS is the CONSISTENTLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manner in which customers are treated is unbelievable. Saved my Patti Kupfer and Victor Richards Patti and Victor were so amazing for my first experience with a BMW and Autohaus. I purchased a car out of state, a CPO 2013 with 19,000 miles. 4 week Patti and Victor were so amazing for my first experience with a BMW and Autohaus. I purchased a car out of state, a CPO 2013 with 19,000 miles. 4 weeks later the battery died, windshield leaked and caused a lot of damage. The dealership in Texas was no help at all. Patti and Victor worked with my husband and I trying to help us work with BMW of North America and the Texas dealership. It was a 3 1/2 week ordeal due to insurance, the other dealership and BMW of NA. About a $4500.00 Repair. BMW covered part, insurance covered part and the dealership in Texas covered nothing. I spoke with Patti every morning about how to proceed under the extraordinary circumstances. My car runs great again and I am back in love with my car thanks to their patience and understanding and advise on how to handle these repairs that the out of town dealer refused to address. Thank you to Patti and Victor and everyone else that helped get the car running again. Forever grateful. More

That car was new, clean, and he explained how to work everything. By 10 the next morning my car was ready for pick, all clean too !!!! My car is 7 years old and I definitely would recommend Autohaus to everyone and I love my BMW. Katy Mullins More
