As always great service I needed to schedle my wiper balde replacement. E-mailed Patti and she set up an appointment. Great service Took my car in for oil service, and the experience was perfect as usual. She had everything in order when I arrived, so it was quick to drop off my car and pick up the loaner. Also, not sure who it was, but kudos to the person that washed my car while it was in the shop. I appreciated you cleaning off the road oil - I was assuming I'd have to do that myself. :) More

Happy bmw owner I brought my bmw in for service and thought I was going to have to wait at the dealership. Amanda Suraci was my service advisor and when she checked w I brought my bmw in for service and thought I was going to have to wait at the dealership.
