Linda took my phone call at or before the shop opened and told me to bring in my BMW. By the time I got to the dealer, I had learned that I needed a new battery. 2011 we purchased an 2007 750 LI BMW from an Illinois dealer. The sales man that we purchased our car from left the dealer ship 1 month after we purchased the car. Just so happen they where located three exits down from my job in Missouri. The first contact that I had with anyone at Autohaus was with Linda Schaefer in the service dept. Linda is amazing and she always treat us with the up most of respect and she provides excellent service care. Before we pay out of pocket she always check to see if the service call is covered under our warranty first. She provides us with great loaners.
