It's nice taking my car in for service and not having to plan my day around a car maintenance shop. I don't have to sit around and wait for the car or try to figure out a way to get a ride from friends or family. Not only that, my service adviser clearly knows his Beemers. I'm confident I will get the correct service assessment and the correct maintenance completed for my vehicle. The only slightly lower rating I will give is in regards to the price. With a dealership, you are always going to pay more. However, I will say this though. I have been to independent maintenance shops in the past. Nine times out of ten, they end up wasting my time. I may pay a higher price at Autohaus, but I can be confident that they are going to service my vehicle right the first time. More

I have been taking my car to Autohaus for service since I bought my car from them back in early 2011. I have worked with 5-6 different service advisers, and they all are great people. The last two times I have had my car in I worked with Chris Clem. Chris really takes his work seriously and went above and beyond what is called for in a service adviser. He is very knowledgeable guy, and makes you feel like he is working for you instead of BMW. This is the type of guy that makes an impact at where he works, and deserves credit for his work.
