Purchase of dream car I was in the market for a gently used/possiblynew luxury car, initally leaning towards the Volvo XC90. I dropped in to Autohaus because the X5 had ca I was in the market for a gently used/possiblynew luxury car, initally leaning towards the Volvo XC90. I dropped in to Autohaus because the X5 had caught my eye, and was introduced to Bob Dedert. He immediately understood my goals and pricing limitations and worked very hard (and very quickly) to find me viable options. Sadly, but not surprising, a low mileage preowned that I was looking at sold before I had made my final decision...but it confirmed the X5 was the direction I wanted to go and Bob was able to work with me to find a pricing option that allowed me to purchase my dream car, a new 2014 X5. Throughout the entire process Bob was courteous and friendly, detailed without being overbearing or high-pressure, and extremely efficient. His interpersonal communications, and follow up mostly via email which is so convenient for me, exceeded my expectations. I am ecstatic to be driving this car, and extremely pleased with the overall experience from first step in the door at Autohaus until delivery. More

A professional experience I found a 328i on the Autohaus lot on a snowy Sunday afternoon and called Brett Midgley on Monday morning. We arranged a test drive at noon and when I found a 328i on the Autohaus lot on a snowy Sunday afternoon and called Brett Midgley on Monday morning. We arranged a test drive at noon and when I arrived, the car was all warmed up and ready to go. He told me to go have fun and bring it back when I was done. No salesman sitting in the back! I knew what the value should be and told Brett I wanted the car. He cut to the chase and we shook hands in a few minutes. I returned a few days later to close the deal and pick up the car. To my surprise, all of the financing and title paperwork were completed. I signed the forms and wrote my check in no more than 15 minutes. It was the easiest car purchase ever. Truly professional and every minute of my time was respected. I must add that that between the test drive and closing I had to settle with an insurance company on my totaled car. It took about a week and Brett held the car without any question. Again, just professonal. I think its pretty obvious who is going to service the car. More

I've also had several carbon fiber spoilers, a rear diffuser, and multiple body panels painted and installed by the Autohaus body shop and I've been pleased with their work too. This was my first experience with Autohaus BMW service. My initial call was promptly answered by Chris Clem who then took complete ownership of my needs. When I arrived for the appointment Mr. Clem was waiting for me with everything prepared in advance and I was in and out of the dealership in a matter of minutes. Later that day, as promised, he called me with a clear and concise explanation of the required repairs, verified the parts were in stock, provided an itemized list of the parts and labor cost and an expected time of completion. I authorized the repairs and everything was completed as he said they would be. When I arrived to pick up the car and settle my account once again Mr. Clem had everything prepared in advance. My account was settled promptly and hassle free with Chris there to make sure things went smoothly. Chris Clem was polite, prompt and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Autohaus should be proud to have him as a member of their team! I will certainly come to Autohaus from now on for servicing my BMW. More
