Great customer service! I purchased my car from Autohaus 8 years ago and have been taking it there for service ever since. My service advisor, Chris Clem, makes everything s I purchased my car from Autohaus 8 years ago and have been taking it there for service ever since. My service advisor, Chris Clem, makes everything so easy. Scheduling an appointment at a time that is convenient for me is a breeze and when I have something wrong with my car that needs immediate attention he manages to get me appointment that day. As soon as I arrive I'm greeted by several different people who are always so nice and helpful. Chris tells me what service is due for my car, explains my options, pricing and helps me figure out on which repairs my money will be best spent during that visit. If I need one, he always has a loaner car available for me which makes taking my car in for service even more convenient. My time is never wasted when I bring my car in for service, I'm always in and out and on my way as efficiently as possible without feeling like I'm being rushed out the door. Chris always calls me as soon as my car is ready for pick up instead of at the very end of the day like some other places do. This allows me time to pick up my car at my convenience. At no point in my service visit am I kept waiting, from drop off to assessment to pick up and payment everyone is very attentive and friendly. Before my car is returned to me it is always washed and vacuumed which is a nice perk. I highly recommend Autohaus Service Department and definitely ask for Chris. More

When my husband and I were ready to actually purchase the car, we went in, agreed on a price and were done in a couple of hours. I love my car. He is very thorough when explaining things to me in a way a layperson can understand. Next, he gets me a loaner right away, I don't even have to wait. Then, he calls me regularly to give me updates on the progress of the service/repair. Then he lets me know exactly when my car is ready and I'm in and out just like that. I spoke with Mr. Issitt, who was real I recently needed some service performed on my 2000 BMW 323i and called the service department at Autohaus BMW. I spoke with Mr. Issitt, who was really great to work with. He made an appointment at a time that was convenient for me and knew exactly what I was describing when I explained my service problem. I was able to wait for my car and the service appointment didn't take a long time. The charges for the service were reasonable and I didn't get the feeling the dealership was trying to sell me work that I didn't really need. I would definitely recommend Autohaus for service and Greg Issitt as an advisor. More
