New Car I just purchased my 5th BMW, I think I have bot 3 of them from Autohaus. I started working with Joe Bauer about a month ago to figure out how to trad I just purchased my 5th BMW, I think I have bot 3 of them from Autohaus. I started working with Joe Bauer about a month ago to figure out how to trade in my existing lease and get in a new one. He made everything very easy and smooth and never once did I feel like I was getting screwed over or taken advantage of. That being said, yes I would buy from them / him again based on that experiance. Nothing went wrong and I was in and out very quickly. Good work Joe! I absolutely love my car, and feel so blessed that I am able to drive the vehicle that I do. More

The Autohaus Experience! I would just like to preface this review by saying this was not my first time buying with Autohaus BMW. I had purchased a pre-owned 323i (E46 model) w I would just like to preface this review by saying this was not my first time buying with Autohaus BMW. I had purchased a pre-owned 323i (E46 model) way back in the early 2000's, and let me say that the service is the same today as it was back then. Simply put, it was excellent! Words can not completely describe how easy and efficient it was to purchase a BMW from Joe and the Autohaus team. I had found this NEW 2013 328i (F30 model) on the Autohaus site, so I stopped in on my lunch hour to look at it and take it for a test drive and Joe was there immediately to help and answer questions. So I took it for a drive and told Joe that I would be in contact about the vehicle. So the next day I emailed Joe and that started the process. The whole purchasing of the vehicle (minus the paperwork of course) was done via email. For me that was great because I didn't have a lot of time at that point to be at the dealership negotiating on the BMW and the trade-ins for which I had two this time. They were very fair and reasonable on the trade-in values of my used vehicles and I had no issues on that front. We did what could via email and when it came time to sign the paperwork Joe and the finance person had it already, so all I had to do was walk in and pretty much sign the papers and go through the dealer process. Also to note, Joe knows his stuff about these vehicles. Whether it be the iDrive system or anything else about the vehicle Joe has the knowledge. One last thing is that I have now had the vehicle for about 3 weeks and put about 4 tanks and 1000 miles on her and the 328i with the 4-cylinder engine has been flawless. It's so good that the last tank I averaged 34.5 mpg. That's not bad! Anyway I hope this helps you make the choice to choose Autohaus when purchasing your next BMW. More

I cannot be more pleased with Dan Wirick and the level of service he provides when I visit with my cars. Dan is always accomodating and pleasant to deal with. His attention to detail and promptness to get my Bimmer back to me is second to none. I will continue to purchase cars from Autohaus and service my BMW's there because of the level of service I receive from Dan. I have even had an issue where my vehicle was malfunctioning at Olive and 270. When the tow truck driver said that he would get it to Plaza BMW, I instisted that he take it to Autohaus. I wont go to another BMW dealership ever again. More
