Great experience, far beyond other area dealerships I visited a few other BMW dealerships in the St. Louis area, and interacted via phone and email with them, at the same time as I started working with I visited a few other BMW dealerships in the St. Louis area, and interacted via phone and email with them, at the same time as I started working with Brett at Autohaus. Brett's responsiveness and friendliness far exceeded the customer service I expected going into the process, and far exceeded what I received from other dealerships. I did not feel pressured or rushed, and Brett did all he could to expedite the purchase -- we were only in the dealership for a few minutes to sign the papers, and then we were on our way. Autohaus was also the only dealership that let us test drive alone; which was a great way to experience the car without a salesperson with you. Highly recommend the service and professionalism of Autohaus. Will definitely be going back if we are in the market for a BMW again in the future. More

2011 BMW 535i Xdrive Multiple issues from time of purchase Dealership failed to pay taxes/register vehicle within 30 days; the salesman called me to invite me in for an Multiple issues from time of purchase Dealership failed to pay taxes/register vehicle within 30 days; the salesman called me to invite me in for an encore review of the vehicle at that time I informed him that I never received my registration; he said he would check on it and call me back; never received a call back from him; two weeks later I called and was told the emmissions had expired and the taxes had not been paid. NOBODY ever bothered to call me and let me know therefore I was driving with license plates registered to the vehicle I had traded in for over 2 months. UNACCEPTABLE. Dealership failed to enroll me in BMW Assist. This was discovered when the drivers side window would not roll up and I called BMW Assist for help and was told I was not a member This vehicle had front end damage (which I was aware of at the time of sale) and the bumper was not aligned properly with the hood. Very poor workmanship The computer system was calling for service that was not due; the entire system had to be recalibrated; issues with downloading music from a flashdrive to the hard drive; the vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks Jennifer Burke was great in keeping me informed on a daily basis but for the rest of the dealership I was completely disappointed. More

He was professional, courteous, and really went to bat for me in terms of pricing. I would highly reccommend Autohaus and Jeremy Frye to anyone looking for a new or used car. Also, when I called Jeremy to ask about insurance minimums he was able to transfer me to Rick would got back to me promptly. Then, Jeremy called me later that same day to make sure I got the answers to my questions that I was looking for. Great service before during and after the sale! More
Chris is Awesome I was having issues with my BMW and was afraid to continue to drive it. I called the service department only to find there where no available appointments for at least a week. I took a chance on just walking in hoping I would get the help I needed. Chris came out of his office with a smile and paid close attention to everything I had to say with no interruptions. He assured me that everything would be taken care of, placed me in a loaner, and the rest is history. Chris kept in contact with me during the process informing me of the issues and what needed to be done. This was the best experience I have had so far with the service department and Chris made it happen. More
