My 2008 Z4 service experience My service adviser, Greg Issitt, has worked with me a half of dozen times in the past 4 years for my service needs. I have always been impressed with My service adviser, Greg Issitt, has worked with me a half of dozen times in the past 4 years for my service needs. I have always been impressed with his vehicle knowledge and courteous approach. This time I needed an oil change service, brake fluid change and safety & emission inspection. Greg scheduled an appointment for me 4 days later and provided a loaner vehicle. My car was ready when promised that afternoon along with the inspection document. I had tried to pair up my mobile phone with the hands free blue tooth Z4 system but needed the 4 digit code that was not transferred to me when I purchased the car in 2010 from another dealership. Greg had the code in my service file and gave it to Chris B, one of their phone experts, who walked me thru the pairing process. This hands free system is so convenient and enjoyable. There was no charge from Autohaus for this. With Greg, I always know what to expect and sometimes I get more than I expected! Did I mention my Z4 was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up? It looked great! Thanks Greg, Chris, and Autohaus. More

Linda Schaefer - Why you DON"T want anyone else! I have been going to AutoHaus for approximately 10 years now. I have dealt with other service advisors, but once Linda took care of me, there was no I have been going to AutoHaus for approximately 10 years now. I have dealt with other service advisors, but once Linda took care of me, there was no reason to deal with anyone else. Everytime that I have an issue, whether it is the door handle, lock or window, Linda is always there to make sure that I have a loaner and that I am completely satisfied with the work done and the amount of time that I have to be at the dealership. She knows how busy I am running 2 businesses, so I appreciate everything she does to get me in and out. Linda knows her vehicles. I can give her an idea of what is happening, and she knows exactly what to do. Without Linda at AutoHaus, I will be going somewhere else. Thanks to you Linda, YOU ARE THE BEST !!!!! More

Owning a 2002 BMW 325i brought us back initially, and after driving several other cars we returned to buy a BMW X3. Sold a "Lemon" They sold me a car about 1yr ago, "Certified Pre-Owned" turns out I took it for an appraisal at CarMax and the car had 5 panels fully painted, not onl They sold me a car about 1yr ago, "Certified Pre-Owned" turns out I took it for an appraisal at CarMax and the car had 5 panels fully painted, not only painted,but their word was "The worst paint job I have ever seen." when I called them back to try to trade it for a new car they were offering about 50% of the KBB value and then just ignored me while I was waiting at the dealership. it was clear and then I understood, why they were so pushy for me to buy that car, and then when I went back to trade it, they just ignored me, as they knew the piece of crap they have sold me and did not want it back. Go buy from another dealer if you can avoid this one. More
Exceeded Expectations Going to Autohaus BMW and working with Karen Lowery exceeded my expectations of what I thought it was going to be like when buying a new vehicle. My husband and I had looked at several different cars from several different dealerships. We were very close to buying a car from a different dealer until the salesperson's communication style and pressured sales tactics immediately caused us to change our minds. After that, we then went to Autohaus BMW where the experience was very different. Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager who introduced us to Karen Lowery. The title Client Advisor vs. Salesperson says it all. Karen took a genuine interest in what we were looking for. She offered options geared towards our specifications. She guided us through this entire process with ease. I felt like she was our personal advocate while at the same time being a great representative for Autohaus BMW. Once we were ready to finalize the purchase of our new vehicle we met with Rick Riccio who extended the same great service by answering all of our questions and making that portion of the process enjoyable. On top of the great service by everyone we encountered at Autohaus BMW, we walked away with a great new car! Once our vehicle arrived, Karen took out the time to explain all the details, bells and whistles. This experience has been incredible from the moment we stepped onto the lot, until the moment we drove away with our new car.
