They did a full blown appraisal of my car so we could talk real numbers on the trade before I even did a test drive. I really appreciated the quickness and accuracy of the process. I was very happy with the offer they made me and Jeremy Frye was able to get me a great deal on the car I was targeting. We had the whole process wrapped up that afternoon and I was ready to take the car home the next morning after they detailed it. Jeremy gave me a short tutorial about all the features etc. that was really helpful. He also stressed that if I had any questions or concerns going forward I can always contact him. They also offer a more in depth tutorial on the car features with a tech expert on staff. The financing process with Rick was also super quick and easy.
