Professional, Friendly, and Outstanding! I had a 7:45 am appointment to drop off my car. I arrived at 7:15 and was greeted by Terri in the Service Department. I was in and out in about five I had a 7:45 am appointment to drop off my car. I arrived at 7:15 and was greeted by Terri in the Service Department. I was in and out in about five minutes. I expected to leave my car there all day, but received a voice mail from Terri around 10:30 that my car was ready! I didn't have to wait to pick it up during rush hour, I could pick it up during my lunch break. I picked up my car, also found it washed and vacuumed, far cleaner than when I left it. And I was thanked by the Service Manager, Martin, when I left. Outstanding Service! More
