Though I did not have an appointment, he ensured completion of my service Wednesday, understanding the urgency of my repair needs. I have been to other local dealerships, and thought I was impressed with their customer service, but Audubon Volvo goes far above and beyond, with not only videos of the work that they plan to perform, but a meet and greet with the mechanic who's to do the work so that he can explain and I was able to express some wishes having to do with minor body work that they were more than happy to fix while they were working on the rest of the car for very minimal charge. I got the car back better than new, he even mentioned the shifting knob which was cracked with age and was something when I bought the car that I immediately noticed and was a little dismayed by back in 2019. I am so happy with my Volvo V60 2016, have every expectation of getting another $100,000 out of it at least... it's all about maintenance and Autobahn Volvo is the place to have it done. More
