Mike is the Man Had a service schedule to perform routine oil change, but ended up being a bit more. Mike took me out to my car to see what the tech was recommending Had a service schedule to perform routine oil change, but ended up being a bit more. Mike took me out to my car to see what the tech was recommending. Although I trust Mike, it is always nice to see what the tech had found and get a good explanation of what the impacts of not getting fixed would be long-term. Since the repairs were going to take longer then I had budgeted for the oil change - Mike took care of me with a rental. He estimated it wouldn't be completed until Monday, but got a call late Saturday it was ready to go. Mike has been our serviceman since we purchased the car, and could not be more happy with the way he handles our service needs. Thanks MIke. More
