Once I arrived, I was greeted right away by Lisa, who reviewed my work request. I asked if there was an XC 90 available that I might drive and the service desk quIckly lined me up with a 2018 XC 90! All the staff was professional and friendly, with no wait time, so I missed going back to the coffee and snack bar! Mike and Lisa have both helped me in the service department previously. They are both quick, pleasant, and keep me informed of the status and needs for my Volvo. More
