Autobahn Volvo Cars Fort Worth - Service Center

We took our 2017 Volvo S60 in for recall work and because we needed to replace the support battery. All of our previous work was either part of the under 36k miles provided scheduled maintenance or warranty we needed to replace the support battery. I was interested to see if that would continue. Unsurprisingly to me, the work was done well, the over-the-top courtesy and customer experience continued, and it just reminded me why we continue to buy from Autobahn and have our vehicles serviced there. They called to confirm the problem and even though we talked about it when I was speculating about the problem, confirmed the cost of the work. Though I was surprised by how quickly they predicted being able to complete the work, they beat their own estimated timeline. They are excellent at what they do and easy to work with. In the past, we had always worked with Mike Montes, but this time we worked with Michael. Both are great and I would recommend working with either without reservation. More
