Autobahn Volvo Cars Fort Worth - Service Center

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. I received the email from volvo to get the modem replaced on my 2015 xc60. I scheduled the service and had to wait two weeks for the appointment. Wh I received the email from volvo to get the modem replaced on my 2015 xc60. I scheduled the service and had to wait two weeks for the appointment. When I arrived at the autobahn volvo in Fort Worth the service department informed me that volvo did not want the dealers to install the new modem. What is going on with volvo? My confidence in volvo engineering has declined with this KNOWN 3g issue and to not tell a scheduled customer before they show up at the service department is ridiculous. This service department also told me I didn't have a light sensor (the one on the dash) and that my light module was screwed up. $275 later and still not fixed. I ordered the part and switched it in 5 minutes. Volvo and Autobahn service seems to be going downhill fast. More
