I brought my '15 Passat in for a coolant leak and my service advisor Dennis got right on it. In an hour they had it diagnosed, even got me a Jetta to drive as interim transportation. He promised me my vehicle by 12 noon the next day, which was a Friday. I was more than a little skeptical based upon my previous experiences with other dealerships, so when he called me the next day at around 11am, needless to say I was surprised and impressed that he not only kept his word but delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule - on a Friday, no less! As if that wasn't enough, they also did a complimentary wash and vacuum on the vehicle! I am very happy to tell the world about Fort Worth's best kept secret: Autobahn Volkswagen- you can tell they really care about the customer and like what they do! This place stays on my "A" list!
