Right from the beginning Fred was Honest and not pushy at all and the process was easy . I didn’t have to spend anytime at the dealership Fred took care of everything which was great cause we all know how your whole day can be wasted at a dealership well not here or with Fred hands down best experience I’ve had . Anthony was my salesman, he was courteous, and very polite. He listened to my concerns and even to a critique with very open mind. This is not my first time to buy from.this dealership, so I requested to work with same sales manager, I requested Kyle by name, I clearly remembered him from my last purchase few years ago because I knew he is a straight shooter, honest and unlike many sales managers in other dealerships, he is very transparent, yes, believe it or not, very transparent, no games and no sales techniques. He was so honest, he could not promise that he will make some repair (was trivial but I could see it) even when he felt it might be a deal-breaker for me, he did not want to deceive me, but promised to look into the cost and accomodate my request if affordable, so I agreed to proceed with the purchase because he was transparent and I do trust him from previous purchase. He made the repair even though he did not have to. I am considering buying another car soon, and I will definitely follow this dealership's inventory looking for that car in the near future, I always prefer and recommend looking for cars that has residual manufacturers warranty and they have many of these.
