Anthony was my salesman, he was courteous, and very polite. He listened to my concerns and even to a critique with very open mind. This is not my first time to buy from.this dealership, so I requested to work with same sales manager, I requested Kyle by name, I clearly remembered him from my last purchase few years ago because I knew he is a straight shooter, honest and unlike many sales managers in other dealerships, he is very transparent, yes, believe it or not, very transparent, no games and no sales techniques. He was so honest, he could not promise that he will make some repair (was trivial but I could see it) even when he felt it might be a deal-breaker for me, he did not want to deceive me, but promised to look into the cost and accomodate my request if affordable, so I agreed to proceed with the purchase because he was transparent and I do trust him from previous purchase. He made the repair even though he did not have to. I am considering buying another car soon, and I will definitely follow this dealership's inventory looking for that car in the near future, I always prefer and recommend looking for cars that has residual manufacturers warranty and they have many of these. Autobahn USA sold me a damaged and defective vehicle. I purchased a 2019 BMW 330i from them and found out after the purchase that it had documented accident history. I also can't access any of the Connec I purchased a 2019 BMW 330i from them and found out after the purchase that it had documented accident history. I also can't access any of the ConnectedDrive functions that were advertised with the vehicle as it was a fleet vehicle (also not disclosed) that was never properly set-up. They use CARFAX and this vehicle didn't have a CARFAX history. Yes, I signed off on the report for the vehicle but no CARFAX history is different than a clean report. They were deceitful and took advantage of a buyer who could easily not understand that. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the dealership did offer to purchase the vehicle back from me but at a disrespectfully low offer. They had a chance to make this situation right but instead chose to be condescending in their responses and disrespectful in their lowball offer. Autobahn USA gives McGovern Auto Group a bad name and I would not recommend this business. More

Bought a 2020 Acura here. Had to pick up the vehicle in the evening. It was clear the next day the vehicle has never been detailed. Then a few weeks later the passenger seat s Had to pick up the vehicle in the evening. It was clear the next day the vehicle has never been detailed. Then a few weeks later the passenger seat started peeling and pieces falling off. I called the dealership and after several call backs and emails they had me bring it in for “repair”… They had someone do a cheap job of sealing and “painting” over the peeling on the seat. Before I left the service department told me not to wipe it down for at least 6 months. Ok fine. Three weeks later the seat is peeling again. I called the service department and was pretty much brushed off and told “that usually happens”..and told I would get a call back. I brought the car to the store in person and spoke with Fred and his sales manager . The sales manager pretty much told me he wasn’t going to be able to do anything about it because it was “wear and tear”…. I said it’s been 3 weeks! He said “well maybe you shouldn’t have sat in that seat” … I said well I have a husband, two kids and I’m 9 months pregnant - where should I be sitting? He was purposely obtuse, and dismissive. He said he would get me a quote on a new seat cover but he wasn’t paying for it. He offered zero resolution. Terrible customer service and unkind people make for poor business practice. Listen to the negative reviews. Don’t buy a car here. More
