After days of online negotiations with A This dealership uses false advertisement and bait and switch tactics to get customers into their dealership. After days of online negotiations with AutobahnnUSA we came to an agreement price of $16250 plus $495 doc fee. I went to the dealership to drive and check out the car and to see if I could sweeten the deal. Their site on two different locations stated that there was a backup camera on this car when I noticed that it didn't have one the sales manager offered to have one installed at an additional cost of $ 800 on top of the agreed price.I told them I would need to think about it and left the dealership. In less than 22 hours later I emailed the dealership and informed them I could live without the camera and asked if they would be willing to sweeten the deal because of the false information on their site. I was then informed that the price of $16250 offer was done in error and the new price was now $17500 plus doc fee but if I wanted I could have a lessor car for $16500 plus fees. This in my opinion is both false advertisement and bait and switch. More

Moreover, I was impressed with the quality of customer service that I received on all levels throughout the buying process...far surpassing my expectations. It was an absolute pleasure working with Alex who was personable, knowledgeable, attentive, never made me feel pressured to purchase and ensured that the vehicle was handed to me in the condition in which was promised. Additionally Renel was perhaps the best finance manager I've ever worked with as he promised transparency and delivered it and made sure that I signed an agreement that I was comfortable with and tailored to my needs. I also had a chance to speak to Kyle (one of the managers) on the day of pick up and while our interaction was brief, I truly appreciated his efforts in engaging with me to ensure that all the i's were dotted, t's crossed and that I received the car when it was promised.
