Brandon Downer was great. Easy process Whole experience was easy and free flowing with Brandon. Didn't feel pressured into buying (although I did walk away with a 2016 Camaro SS). They let me take it for a test drive which a previously visited Chevy dealership refused to let me do. Chevy dealer must have figured I wasnt serious about buying the car for some reason. Over at Autobahn however everybody was very professional. Nobody was overly pushy about warranty items which I appreciated. The only hiccup was with the car delivery(I live in Rhode island and wasn't transferring plates). I was told it would be ready "in the morning" so I took the morning off. I finally got the car by about 4pm which kinda messed up my work schedule. Just plan accordingly. More

Jan 1st 2019 My wife and I had been looking for a car for a month or so. We had Ben to test drive but nothing seems to fit. My brother had mentioned the Autobahn s My wife and I had been looking for a car for a month or so. We had Ben to test drive but nothing seems to fit. My brother had mentioned the Autobahn so I gave them a call. I was surprised they were open on New Year’s Day. I spoke with Sean who was informative and he had put.a couple cars on hold for us to come up and test drive. Harry greeted us when we got there we test drive a BMW 535d and immediately knew that was the car for us. Harry started the paper work and Paul took care of the rest. It was a great experience and I’ll be more than happy to recommend Autobahn to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. Thanks again to the staff at Autobahn. We couldn’t be happier with our new car. Purchased a BMW I would definitely recommend autobahn USA. I bought a BMW X5 here with Brandon. We arrived close to closing but had come a bit of a distance after bei I would definitely recommend autobahn USA. I bought a BMW X5 here with Brandon. We arrived close to closing but had come a bit of a distance after being referred by auto trader and reading reviews online. Although the dealership was closing, Brandon and Matt (manager) did not rush us one bit, took test drives and filled out all the necessary paperwork. We left there an hour after closing! A few days later we returned to pick up the car and the process went very smoothly (they were very busy on a Saturday morning) The finance manager was great as well..he made suggestions on warranties and terms but was not remotely pushy in any way. Very informative. Before leaving, Brandon made sure the car was registered (they do it in-house!) and he went over all the options and workings of the car. The car is great and there have been no issues. I would buy from here again and have already recommended a friend. Thank You! More

I walked in several hours late for my appointment and he accommodated my needs on a Sunday evening. A few hours later,papers for my new car were signed and I felt the price was very good compared to others cars in the market. Because the business day was closing, I returned the next day to pick my car up. Once again, I came later with only a few hours to spare and Bob expedited all the remaining admin and finance legwork in order to make sure I went home in my new car. Overall, awesome customer experience at this dealership, very nice Financial team (not intimidating or pushy) and great character and integrity from Bob in Sales. More
