I have taken the car in twice to the service department for a nail in my tire and a question about an alert. Both times I was so impressed with the quality of service. Geoffrey was very helpful with my alert question and Hannah was awesome about getting the nail taken care of, and had me fixed and back on the road quickly and efficiently. I went in to check out the car that day and it was pulled up front and ready for a test drive. I had been looking at similar cars all over, but the pricing and confidence in buying from them just seemed right. There was one minor aesthetic piece that I was concerned about and Dwayne assured me it would be fixed before I was locked into anything. Paperwork and everything was done, came back to see the adjustment to the concern and it was perfectly taken care of. Car was delivered to my door the next day and could not have been happier with my purchase and experience. Thanks to Autobahn and especially Dwayne for a great experience! More

Car-buying is becoming an increasingly easy thing to do online. My only feedback for improvement would be around the paperwork. It is all still hard-copy by mail. I can land the loan from a bank, make payments and even register the car 100% online, executing the sale shouldn't take a week. Small gripe, really, but worth planning for. More
