Great Deals & Service? The "deals" at this dealership are legit and solid. I've been a gear-head and have sold entry to ultra luxury cars and I'm in tune with the margins that dealerships need to make. With that said, If you know cars and how to "read" them to see if the vehicle has been cared for correctly, you will certainly find a decent selection on this lot. Based purely on PRICE, I can absolutely endorse this dealership. However, if you are looking for "after the sale customer service and attention to detail DURING the sale", then you will be hanging on for a while for you will not receive it here. It's important to keep in mind that this is a pre-owned luxury dealership and it is unreasonable to expect the sales teams to know about each and every vehicle. It is NOT unreasonable to expect top-notch customer service however and this is what you don't get. Specifically? Un-kept promises for detailing prior to delivery, a follow up call to see if you like the car or there are any issues, promising an inspections sticker only to never have it done, never delivering the registration....these are important items that were not delivered as promised. Good Used Car Sales Experience Our salesman Dan Cooper kept his spirits up even after I told him that I was there to take one of the old jalopies off the dealer's hands; so as to re Our salesman Dan Cooper kept his spirits up even after I told him that I was there to take one of the old jalopies off the dealer's hands; so as to reduce their carrying costs because i felt sorry for him. We then talked about what car I was looking for and he manned his computer and came up with a couple of choices very quickly. The fact is, this place has a great selection of lightly used , low miles high end cars, particularly BMWs and Mercedes. After a couple of test drives we settled on a 428ix that I fell in love with at first ignition. And after going through the usual "we have someone else ready to make an offer right now!" stuff, (which may actually have been true) I went ahead and took the leap. Turned out fine. The price was fair, the service was great, Dan is a good guy and I highly recommend him. Postscript: We love the car More

She maintained the highest level of professionalism and worked diligently to ensure that I had a car that I’d love. For the first time in my adult life, I entered a car dealership and felt a great sense of calm and didn’t feel as though I was going to be bamboozled or taken advantage of. Although I had arranged my own financing through a credit union, I found that the business manager was also extremely professional.
