I purchased a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS from Autobaun. My salseman was Kyle. He helped me to get this car. I really wanted it. He held the car for me while i got the deposit. My mother coesigned for the car and she had a lot of annoying questions for Kyle, but he was very polite and knowledgable. I wouldnt have gotten the $3000 deposit from her if she wasnt satisfied. I got a free inspection with the purchase and they took care of registering the car for me aswell for a cheap price. I would def recommend to a freind, aslong as it was with Kyle, haha. I found the car I was looking for on line. When I called Autobahn, Kyle was easy going, informative, and easy to talk to. I could not find a similar car, with similar mileage for close to the price I paid, anywhere in the US. I have never purchased a car from a used car lot. New or private sale only. However, after my experience at Autobahn, dealing with Kyle, I would, and have, recommend them highly. High quality, low mileage, luxury cars at a very good price. I was referred to the dealership by a friend, so i looked online and found the car i was interested in. I called and spoke to Kyle and told him i'd stop by to take a look. The car was in a great condition low milage, with a few minor scratches on the outside, inside was clean and well taken care of, took the car for a test drive and loved it. I was told detailing/washing/scratches were going to be taken care of by the day i was told to pick it up. I was happy with the financing process Stacey was efficient and great to work with. I decided to buy it. When i picked it up the sticker, insurance, all other paper work was handed to me, the car was nice and shiney, the excitment from purchasing my first Mercedes kicked in. Unfortunately i was told the scratches we're not fixed because it would be bad to buff them since the pain wasnt chipped so i didn't complain but honestly i think if you say it will be taken care of it should have been..still my experiance was positive these guys are great to work with i'll be sending my friends over!
