My experience with Autobahn USA was excellent. I was looking for a 2009 Audi A4 and actually planned to make my decision over Easter weekend. My first stop was a Porsche/Audi dealership in a location I won't mention and when I showed up for the scheduled test drive the car wasn't even there and the staff really wasn't sure where the vehicle was, either. It didn't matter, the service was poor and the atmosphere was cold and quite stiff, if you ask me. Next up was Autobahn USA! What a breath of fresh air! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating the minute I walked in the door. I worked with Kyle Fowler specifically, and feel fortunate that I did. He was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He does not come off like a typical car salesperson that most people think of. He came off more like someone that was providing information, and if you were interested, then great. I was interested, so we began to work toward a deal. I should mention that this was a Saturday, a very busy Saturday, so the office was hopping. By the time we sat down for negotiations, it was around noon or so. My daughter was with me at the time, and sure, I guess we were hungry. Almost on cue doesn't the pizza delivery person arrive and Kyle offers my daughter and me some slices. Thank you! The next step was trying to negotiate the deal. I can honestly say it didn't feel like the typical experience. I felt like Kyle was trying to work out a mutually accomodating price, for both the new car and my trade. I did have the opportunity to meet Stacy along the way as well; again, a very pleasant person that seemed more interested in coming together on a deal that worked for all parties. I did reach, what I considered, a fair deal. I can say that working with Kyle was an absolute pleasure! I don't think I have ever written anything quite like this, but under these circumstances, I really had no choice. I generally do not provide a recommendation or reference unless I am absolutely certain of the service/experience. Autobahn USA and Kyle Fowler deserve high praise. Thanks guys! My experience with Autobahn was excellent. It started in November when I saw a Volvo on line and came in for a test drive. Ed was the salesman, answered all my questions and when i told him I did not love the car, he did not pressure me to buy it. 4 months later, I saw an Audi on line and based on Ed's low stress approach in November I went in for a test drive. I loved the car and decided to purchase it. Ed, his manager Chris were very fair to me on the price I got for my trade in and Al the finance guy worked hard to get me the right rate and term so that all the numbers would work and we could do the deal. I went in that Saturday morning, test drove it and signed all the paperwork that day. Everyone at Autobahn USA was helpful that following week with taking care of my insurance, registrastion, etc. I actually lost the title to my trade in and they couldn't have made it easier get everything in order so I could pick up my car the following Saturday. I've had my car for a few days and love it and the process couldn't have been any easier. The people at Autobahn USA are great and you won't be able to find better prices.
