i bought a 2008 infiniti from autobahn usa. I had to wait a few days before I could see it because they were servicing it. At first I was skeptical and I thought there was something up with the car but when a few days before I could see it because they were servicing it. At first I was skeptical and I thought there was something up with the car but when I came in to see the car was in mint condition. They put new tires brakes oil change belt and etc they did almost everything at infiniti. Alexander went over the car with me in detail and told me everything I needed to know. He explained to me how the service dept does a big presale inspection and any necessary maintenace that needs to be done will be done at the service dept in the nearby infiniti bmw VW factory authorized dealer. Buying a car and getting financing was easy and I had no headaches. I also liked how autobahn usa was laidback and they were not pushy. After I drove off the lot I brought the car to my local mechanic who I have beenn doing business with for a decade and he said the car was in great condition and got all the necessary service done to it. Autobahn usa was the best car dealer I have ever worked with. They are professional and on top of their stuff. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would definitely recommend doing business with autobahn and thank you to alexander and his manager fred. More
These guys are a bunch of thieves. When you're young with money they give you no respect. they didnt fix the crap on my car as i request prior to purchase pick up. he simply told me "BMW had alot of work, th money they give you no respect. they didnt fix the crap on my car as i request prior to purchase pick up. he simply told me "BMW had alot of work, they couldn't fit us in" Yet he didnt tell me this when i was at home, he told me when i drove 45 mins for the 3rd time to pick it up. the car was said to be serviced--- after putting like 200 miles on it i had to get it serviced. i called service- and he asked me whats my alter motives? Do i want money or trouble? can you believe it? i emailed the owner, he never got back to me. all they want is your signature so you can lose your deductible/deposit. Please spend a few thousand and go to a dealer who can take care of you. i'll be honest, autobahn has good price but the price you pay after repairs and shitty service will be more. More
I purchased a 2008 Mercedes 300 4matic in July of 2010. I was brought for a test drive in which the car performed admirably. Upon driving the car home and hitting 60 mph (which you cannot due in their area) was brought for a test drive in which the car performed admirably. Upon driving the car home and hitting 60 mph (which you cannot due in their area) the car developed a humming and vibration which seemed to emanate from the floorboards. I did some research and it could be one of several things. One of those things could be the TIRE with the BUBBLE IN THE SIDEWALL !!! Having owned the car for less than a week I was told that I "hit a pothole". Well...I've been driving for over 30 years and KNOW when I hit a pothole. I was then told that Boston is FULL of potholes. Well..I don't LIVE IN BOSTON and I DON'T COMMUTE TO BOSTON ! I HIT NO POTHOLES. Bottom line...they told me they could give me 60 dollars off a 160 dollar tire. Bah...I found the same tire new on the internet for 94dollars so that was just a load of crap. I still have yet to determine if the vibration is caused by the tire...could be...or could be flex joint..motor mounts...etc. I knew there was a reason why I had stayed away from used vehicle dealers for 20 years. Sigh.... More
I have been in market for an 07 Audi Cabriolet and visited 7 different lots in metro Boston and had many conversations with RI and ME. Autobahn has earned a great reputation in my circle of friends an visited 7 different lots in metro Boston and had many conversations with RI and ME. Autobahn has earned a great reputation in my circle of friends and I went to them last after negotiating with many others from Dedham Automall, Audi Westwood, Audi Burlington, Automax and Richard's. If you treat people with respect you get it back. Alexander was my main contact and he was informed, responsive and always very respectful and honest. I found everyone there to be highly professional. Firm negotiation but my wife and I had a good experience with from at all stages. In my opinion they had higher quality cars-- by far. Even better than the CPOs the Audi claims they have done so much with! The Audi CPO warranty may be worth 3k for some but not for me. I would rather get a low mileage car in great condition with a year factory warranty and baby it. The ratio of negative reviews to positive is always higher any of these type of forums (cars, motorcycles, audio gear, whatever). Positive experiences are rarely relayed so Id say the ratio doesn't reflect reality. Trust me and visit Autobahn last. You will find that they are the best in market for professionalism, quality and price. Just remember its not their job to necessarily 'teach' you about a car. With 20 different makes, 7 models per and 100 options for each, do the math. No one can be an expert on all. Arrived informed, be respectful and they will give you a good deal. More
We were very skeptical about buying a used automobile, especially from an independent dealer but this was an Acura MDX. There seems to be very few used Acura MDX available. Fred was very pleasant, low k especially from an independent dealer but this was an Acura MDX. There seems to be very few used Acura MDX available. Fred was very pleasant, low key and no pressure. First we agreed on the phone to the approximate price. When we finally went to pick up the car, Autobahn had the car registered, inspected, the few knicks touched up and small hole in leather perfectly fixed. They did everything they promised and the car is like new. To our surprise, it was a very pleasant car purchasing experience! More

I recently purchased an Audi A6 Avant Wagon from Autobahn. The price was competitive and the trade-in value for my car was reasonable. The car had a problem surface within the first week but Autob Autobahn. The price was competitive and the trade-in value for my car was reasonable. The car had a problem surface within the first week but Autobahn took responsibility, made an appointment with an Audi dealership and paid for the car to be fixed. This is the second car that I have purchased from this dealer and I would consider using them again. More
I went in to talk to a gentleman who did not provide his name. After asking me how much I wanted to pay for the car we went over to look at an Audi.

I told the salesmen that I thought the car was a name.
