I was referred to the dealership by a friend, so i looked online and found the car i was interested in. I called and spoke to Kyle and told him i'd stop by to take a look. Kyle was very pleasant i felt no pr online and found the car i was interested in. I called and spoke to Kyle and told him i'd stop by to take a look. Kyle was very pleasant i felt no pressure to buy what so ever opposite of other dealerships i had gone to, he worked with me on paperwork and showed me the car. The car was in a great condition low milage, with a few minor scratches on the outside, inside was clean and well taken care of, took the car for a test drive and loved it. I was told detailing/washing/scratches were going to be taken care of by the day i was told to pick it up. I was happy with the financing process Stacey was efficient and great to work with. I decided to buy it. When i picked it up the sticker, insurance, all other paper work was handed to me, the car was nice and shiney, the excitment from purchasing my first Mercedes kicked in. Unfortunately i was told the scratches we're not fixed because it would be bad to buff them since the pain wasnt chipped so i didn't complain but honestly i think if you say it will be taken care of it should have been..still my experiance was positive these guys are great to work with i'll be sending my friends over! Autobahn USA had 3 G37x listed on their site, all approximately the same (approx same mileage, and same price, same "features"). 2 of which when I inquired were sold recently, yet remained approximately the same (approx same mileage, and same price, same "features"). 2 of which when I inquired were sold recently, yet remained on their site for over a week...which leads me to believe they're used as a sales tactic "Sold recently, but we still have this one which is similar." I originally had some exchanges with Paul via. email (Tuesday), these exchanges went well enough. I told him that I'd give him a call before coming in on the upcoming weekend because I had some questions. I did call (Thursday), however the call wasn't returned. He was busy with someone else at the time which is understandable and it was at 530 on a night they have hours listed until 8 so it's certainly possible he wrapped up and didn't check his voice-mail before leaving. Closer to 8 on the same night I went on their site to look at the car which they said was still in-stock. Their "Would you like to chat with a customer service agent" type of feature popped up with Kyle being available. I opened a chat with Kyle. He seemed courteous enough. I asked Kyle my main question "You have these 3 cars listed with at the same price. The one I originally inquired about had the Premium Package as evident in one of the pictures you can see the 'memory seat' buttons, I don't see them on the car you have in-stock. Since there all the same price/specs/mileage does the one that you have in stock also has the Premium Package". Kyle replied "Yes it has the premium package". I ensured that I also asked about the other features included in the package and to each one he replied yes. The day before I was to go in to buy the car (Friday), and I'm looking at the pictures again. My gut tells me that it doesn't have the package, which is the only thing which would have made the price decent. I called up and spoke to someone to confirm the car was still in-stock, and that it had the package. He replied that it was in-stock, but he'd check the package for and give me a call back. I left my info and waited for call back. 8pm rolled around and I hadn't heard back so I went back to the site and used their "chat" feature again to contact a Customer Relations person. I typed my concern to the representative she assured me that she'd call me back with an answer that night, but I never heard back. Now all of this wouldn't be too much of an issue... except for the fact that I made it known to everyone involved I spoke too knew that I was coming in from 3 hrs away and was only coming in with the understanding that the car had the Premium Package. I drive for 3 hrs and arrive. I end up with Eduardo who was friendly, and I have no real issues with him. As soon as they pull the car up and I get in... guess what... it's not the car that I was assured they had by 1 person, and told by 2 others they'd check and get back to me but never did. I still liked the car, and the package wouldn't break the deal for me as long as it wasn't priced at the same price as car that the premium package was clearly present. I take it for a quick spin, I like it well enough to the point I'd be willing to buy it. I'd be doing a trade-in so they take a look at it and then we go talk numbers. The trade -in $ that was offered was $3500 less than I received at a local dealership which gave me right around NADA value. The car available locally also had the Premium Package while being approx $2000 more than the car in-stock at Autobahn USA. I explain this, and how they're trying to sell a car w/o the package for the same price as a nearly identical car with the package, and how they're way below the trade-in value I already have on the table so it would not make sense to buy a lesser car for more money after trade-in. They went back and offered an additional $1000 on the trade-in which would've made it almost equal on cost, but still a lesser car. I explained we were too far apart, thanked them for their time, and began my 3hr ride back home. More
Rick was an excellent sales person. He was attentive to our needs, responsive to all of our questions and was able to produce the MB ML250 we were looking for within the tight time frame I gave him. What I liked best at Autobahn is that Rick never pressured me. He listened to my list of requirements, and was very amenable to having my son and my mechanic check out the car, a used 2009 Lexus, be pressured me. He listened to my list of requirements, and was very amenable to having my son and my mechanic check out the car, a used 2009 Lexus, before I purchased it. He offered the Carfax, and made adjustments when my mechanic found some minor problems. Mine was a positive experience, much different from experiences I've had in the past. More
I saw a car they had up on the website, but it was sold by the time I got in. Kyle called me every week to check for the cars I were searching for and found the exact car I wanted with a very good price. H by the time I got in. I would recommend Kyle 100%. More
My experience with Autobahn USA and particularly with my sales associate Kyle Folwer was exceptional. Rather than jerking me around with insincere negotiation tactics, Kyle was efficient, to the point and sales associate Kyle Folwer was exceptional. Rather than jerking me around with insincere negotiation tactics, Kyle was efficient, to the point and fair. His price on my 2008 G35 Infiniti was the best I had seen in the market, and the trade in value given for my Camry was very reasonable. If you are looking for a good deal on a great car without all the typical run-around, head to Autobahn (and make sure you ask for Kyle!) More
From the first minute that I stepped onto the dealership Rick maybe feel very comfortable by taking a more consultative approach more so than a wheeler dealer type salesman. Once I brought my wife to the de Rick maybe feel very comfortable by taking a more consultative approach more so than a wheeler dealer type salesman. Once I brought my wife to the dealership she shared the same opinion of Rick that I did and at that point we had visited many dealerships and dealt with many salesman. This led my wife to make the comment that she wanted to buy a car from Autobahn because of how comfortable she felt with Rick and the dealership as a whole. Even when we identified better prices at other dealerships for a very similar car that we eventually decided on, we still decided to move forward with the Audi we found at the Autobahn based off of how great our experience and relationship was with Rick. I would recommend Rick and the Autobahn to anyone that was actively searching for a new car. -Chris More
