I found the car I was looking for on line. When I called Autobahn, Kyle was easy going, informative, and easy to talk to. I went down for a test drive and Kyle had the car ready and waiting with a plate on Autobahn, Kyle was easy going, informative, and easy to talk to. I could not find a similar car, with similar mileage for close to the price I paid, anywhere in the US. I have never purchased a car from a used car lot. New or private sale only. However, after my experience at Autobahn, dealing with Kyle, I would, and have, recommend them highly. High quality, low mileage, luxury cars at a very good price. This was my first used car purchase. It was smooth and easy. My salesman Ed was very gracious and not the least bit pushy. I went to Autobahn to purchase a new vehicle. Upon Arriving Kyle was outside helping another customer. After he was done helping that customer, I asked him for help in puchasing a Mercedes and right Arriving Kyle was outside helping another customer. After he was done helping that customer, I asked him for help in puchasing a Mercedes and right from the start he was very honest and straightforward with me as to what he had on his lot and how he could help me. We took a test drive and with him showing me all of the features, I immediately fell in love with the vehicle. We started the paperwork that afternoon which was a Sunday and I was able to drive off of the lot with the vehicle the next morning. The only problem that I had was upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the IPOD hookup was busted to which I showed Kyle and he wrote and IOU for the piece. I am currently waiting on the piece to arrive so that it can be installed but other than that Kyle was wonderful. More
