This dealership is unlike any other in that there's no sales pressure. Absolutely none as other buyers have attested to. I settled on the Mercedes, E350 and Carfax was shown before we even asked. He gladly allowed my wife and I to test drive separately. the deal was closed within a couple of hours (my request) and the paperwork was a snap. It couldn't have been easier. At one point, I wanted to have the car the same day while waiting for the registration and insurance coverage. Ed offered to drive the car with the dealer plates if I drove him back to the dealership. Now that's what I call service! While the mats were missing when I took delivery, Ed made sure I got them the next day. Without hesitation, Autobahn is how the whole car industry should operate. No upsell, pressure or promises that cannot be kept and Ed has the right temperament and sincerity to make the whole experience a pleasure.
