Upon arriving at Autobahn USA I was greeted in the parking lot by sales consultant Kyle Fowler. He introduced himself and then asked me what kind of car I was looking for. I was looking at entry level luxury vehicles from BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Infiniti. Kyle then asked me a few more questions to help narrow down the search. Kyle was very knowledgeable about all of the cars I was interested in. He had a 2009 Infiniti G37x with all of the options that I was looking for. He quickly pulled the car around and we were off for a test drive. I was sold on the car almost immediately but Kyle didn't put any pressure on my whatsoever to make the sale. During our test drive we heard a rattle coming from the exhaust and Kyle was sure to note this down after our test drive was over. After I decided I wanted to purchase the Infiniti Kyle worked with myself and the sales manager Stacy to get the price of the car as low as possible. As I mentioned earlier, I didn't feel pressured at any time during my visit. I have had the car for almost 2 weeks now and I could not be happier. The entire car buying process at Autobahn was stress free and the staff were all great. Kyle had the exhaust rattle fixed for me free of charge as well. Talk about a great experience! They were in the midst of where to put all the snow, find the car that I was interested in and to get me the best deal for me. I watched them shovel, plow and still have the time for me. I found the car I wanted, under thirty inches of snow. I could barley get to see anything other than a snow shape. I basically based my purchase from the pictures on the Internet and their information. I went back the following week to find my car beautifully detailed and ready to go. All the information I received was true and the car was just as beautiful as they said it was! Maybe better. The professionalism and accuracy of this dealership was refreshing! I would recommend ten stars if I was able to. Job well done, Kyle, Stacy and Al! By the way, the test drive I had was two hours on my way home, and it was all they said it would be and then some! When I first visted the Autobahn, Kyle introduced himself and went over what I was looking for. We went on a test drive and he answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and based on what I was looking for recommended a great vehicle in their inventory. The sales process was FANTASTIC! They worked with me to accomodate my budget and at no time did I feel any pressure of being CLOSED. Kyle possess very trustworthy traits and listened to what I was looking for and did a great job to see it though. I would recommend Kyle and the Autobahn to anyone who is looking for the best value for their money. After looking at cars at several places a friend recommended Autobahn USA. I looked at their webpage and found a car I was interested in. This particular car proved to be a bit out of my price range which I later told Kyle. There was never any pressure he just recommended different models that would better fit my price range. So I went home and continued to search online. It just so happened that they had a VW CC that I was interested in and had they had one of the best prices around. I went back a few weeks later and test drove that model and ended up buying the car and trading mine in that day. They did everything to accommodate me on my tight schedule and made me feel comfortable. Car was detailed and they even put in weather mats for me. I have had the car for two weeks now and I love it. Kyle and the team at Autobahn were very honest and made the process easy. Never once did I feel pressured into anything they just helped me buy a car that would be best for me. More
