I was very nervous few days ago while stepping into your dealership, without knowing any one. Kyle immediately made me and my family comfortable and instantly started bonding with my kids. Bob showed me the car that I was interested in, I got a trade in value for my car and we agreed upon the deal. The most important aspect of all this process was never was I ever made felt as a customer rather was treated as one of your own. I have been in the US for the last 10 years and been in many states but have not seen a dealership as yours. I went through a emotional period last week. Kyle/Marissa/Bob made sure that I was comfortable, empathized with me and Kyle and Marissa even had tears in their eyes when I shared my friends son passing. where do you find such folks who can truly relate with you and share your pain- this can be felt only at AUTOBAHN USA. Efficient and pleasant I'd like to take a minute to thank AutobahnUSA for helping me with a recent car purchase. I began my search online and received a quick response from I'd like to take a minute to thank AutobahnUSA for helping me with a recent car purchase. I began my search online and received a quick response from the sales team. I made an appointment for a test drive and the car was ready shortly after the agreed upon time. I felt that the purchase was entirely my decision as there was very little "sales talk" and no major haggling. I did get the typical Finance Manager add-on pitch but that was to be expected. The entire process was completed in a couple of hours rather than the standard three or four at a big-name dealership. The staff was all laid back and very friendly. I will recommend that people check our what AutobahnUSA has to offer. Best of luck in the future. More
