My Service Advisor was Joe. He was great and giving status update on the vehicle on a daily basis, the one reason why I’m deducting a star is because my car was shop for almost 2 weeks and I couldn’t g status update on the vehicle on a daily basis, the one reason why I’m deducting a star is because my car was shop for almost 2 weeks and I couldn’t get a courtesy vehicle right away. The first week I couldn’t get a courtesy vehicle because Joe said the company can not loan cars out for more than 1 to 2 days. (Which is strange because I have a BMW that had service for about 3 weeks and Peter Pan BMW gave me a vehicle with no problem. I know this is not the same company, but you think about these stuff when you purchase/lease a car). But after 7 days with no car, I really needed a courtesy vehicle to get around. After making a couple calls in 1 day, was able to speak to Jessica, who was very helpful and was able to get me courtesy vehicle right away on the same day. Which I really appreciate because Uber/Lyft can get very expensive after a couple of trips. Overall, they did a good job, so 4/5. More
