I needed rides home and back to the shop, for which he arranged...great door-to-door shuttle! On my return, I was greeted by Andrew who reviewed the service record and got me on my way quickly! SERVFICE aFTER INITIAL SERVICE WAS DISCUSSED IT WAS LATER DETERMINED THAT TWO OF MY WARNING MOTES WHICH WE WERE TO ADDRESS REQUIRED ADDITIONAL PARTS ETC TO RE aFTER INITIAL SERVICE WAS DISCUSSED IT WAS LATER DETERMINED THAT TWO OF MY WARNING MOTES WHICH WE WERE TO ADDRESS REQUIRED ADDITIONAL PARTS ETC TO REPAIR. $780 FOR ONE AND $950 FOR THE OTHER. iIAGREEED TO THE ADDITONAL CHARGES.AFTER THE CAR WAS RETURNED AND i DROVE IT HOME THE MESSAGE CAME ON AGAIN FOR ONE OF THE RECENTLY REPAIRED ITEMS. I CALLED THE SERVICE REP IMMEDIATELY TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND TO SCHEDULE A RETURN BUT AT THIS TIME (ABOUT 18 HOURS LATER} I HAVE NOT HAD A RETURN CALL FROM HIM. Excellent customer service I had serviced my car here before 2015 and I had been dissatisfied. Then I moved to the city and during 2 years I serviced my car in the city. The ser I had serviced my car here before 2015 and I had been dissatisfied. Then I moved to the city and during 2 years I serviced my car in the city. The service quality was much higher there than what I had experienced here. When I moved back to the peninsula I was not sure that I wanted to have my car service here again. In the end I convinced myself to give them another chance. And I am glad I did. My experience was outstanding from start to finish. I will definitely come back here for future services. More

Not happy that they could not identify and fix brake noise I went for getting the recall fixes. The experience was normal. However they could not identify the problem with the brake noise even though they had I went for getting the recall fixes. The experience was normal. However they could not identify the problem with the brake noise even though they had the car for 5 days. I could hear it on the next day again. Wish they had put more effort to identify the problem as it has resurfaced again in the last one year and performed the necessary repairs. More
