Recall Took my car there for a recall.. when I made the appointment, they told me it would take a couple of hours.. well , my appointment was at 10 am and I Took my car there for a recall.. when I made the appointment, they told me it would take a couple of hours.. well , my appointment was at 10 am and I dropped my car at 9.45am.. I called at3pm and they had not even started working on it.. I had to leave it overnight and it was not ready until 11am next day!..considering that I had made the appointment 6 days prior, they should have worked on it right away instead of putting me on the back burner probably because they don’t make any money on recalls.. Unfortunately the service center is at the different location and as a result, there was a wait time to get my GLK. It took them at least 30 - 40 minutes for them to retrieve my vehicle. Anthony the Service Writer is very nice and polite, and they have coffee and new papers to keep you occupied through this transition. My on only suggestion is that you call ahead to your service writer to retrieve your vehicle or you will be waiting to get your vehicle, More

check engine service i went to autobahn motors to service my car due to check engine light, and i have my service adviser name Mell, i explain to him what had happened to i went to autobahn motors to service my car due to check engine light, and i have my service adviser name Mell, i explain to him what had happened to my car with check engine light up and i scanned it in my house since i have OBD 2 scanner and tell him "my car had miss fire cylinder #3 and show him the check engine light while we check in. after that he help me get settle up and all of that and shuttle to get home with my best friend. after while, waiting the whole day if my car have any progress "Mell" my service adviser give me a call around 4:30pm that my car is finally done with diagnose and he told me with weird incident; Mell explain to me "my car is still under warranty, he confirm with me that my car had missed fire but he told me with the weird problem the (Ignition Coil) is cover under warranty but the (Spark Plug) was not under warranty?. that make me confused and doubt about whats going one. and i told him "can you make it work and talk to your service manager and the warranty parts department if there's any option we can do and i waited for his call again." after that he call me again around 5:15pm and tell me that he cannot get hold his service manager to talk about the problem. and i told him i will pick up my car before they close and i get scramble to get a ride to pick up my car at Autobahn motors and talk to my service adviser. my worse experience is i waited the whole day hoping my car will get fixed and get ready since my car was still under warranty until 2020. but i was disappointed about it, i though my car was still under warranty and it can be fixed the problem; i wasted my whole day off and waited for my car and i just get a bad news about the dealer. for me its hard to trust a dealer like that anymore if the service is poor and not trust worthy don't get me wrong Mercedes-Benz brand was great brand that's why i bought my car. but the recent service i had in Autobahn Motors its hard for me to go back to service my car here any more. i hope my experience improve their service performance toward to all the customer that will choose this dealership. its suck i experience this matter. in addition, I've receive an follow up text and email if i'm 100% satisfied about my recent service to their dealer and give the service manager a call if i'm not satisfied before filling out the up coming survey, for me that kind of insult. More
