Hello? Am I invisisible? So, I get there for my appointment and check in with the valet. He says to drive into the garage, which I do. I'm literally the only customer and car in the garage. I get out of my car and wait while several (at least six) customer service agents completely ignore me. This being my first time to this service center, I didn't know who my agent was or where he sat. But no one seems to care that I'm standing by my car for a while while they just play on their phones or computers. So I ask someone where my service advisor is, and he points to a guy and says its the one with glasses and he's busy, so wait. Yes, he's busy talking to two other service advisors for several minutes and when he's done, I'm still ignored. So after five minutes, I ask the same person if there's a reason I'm being completely ignored, and he finally gets the guy to wait on me. Of course,there's no apology or comment about making me wait. I guess the work was done okay,but this wasn't a good start. More

Juan D and Ernie (no longer there) offer sound advise and help me prioritize the work to be performed. The service department is ALWAYS pristine. Juan is responsive to calls and updates me on work being performed. Finally, their car wash ALWAYS makes my car look brand new. Love this place! More

Service scheduling problems I received an email that my first 10,000 mile service had been scheduled for my 300C, which I had leased from Autobahn Motors 11 months ago. I receive I received an email that my first 10,000 mile service had been scheduled for my 300C, which I had leased from Autobahn Motors 11 months ago. I received a second email a few days before the date confirming the appointment. When I arrived at the dealership at the appointed date and time, the person at the front gate told me I was not on the list for service that day. When I showed him the confirmation email, he put the number 6 on the car and told me to drive through the door to the service area. After standing there for 15-20 minutes with no help, I asked one of the employees for help and was told "someone will be with you shortly". After another 10-15 minutes, I asked again and was told Mell was my Service Adviser and would help me as soon as he was available. Finally, after more than 40 minutes waiting Mell came out and asked me if I had this car serviced at AB before. I said no, this was the first service on this car, but I had my prior leased Mercedes serviced there. He checked the computer and once again I was told I was not in the system. I found this strange as I had leased the car from AB and had received two emails confirming the appointment. I showed him the confirmation email and he told me there must be a problem with the scheduling system as there was no record of my appointment (after I received two emails confirming it??). He did take the car in but warned me it would be very late in the day before it would be ready. As it turned out, it was ready at the end of the day but I could not get back until the next day. Mell was very nice and I have no complaints about him but the AB scheduling system is obviously broken. Also, having to wait more than 40 minutes for Mell to help me (he was very busy due to some problems from the day before, I was told) is totally unacceptable. Only one Service Advisor can take the car in? And, if he is busy, the customer just waits until he has time to help you? Ridiculous for a service business not to know when they have scheduled an appointment and to keep a customer waiting as long as I did. Why even have appointments? More
Service A care for our S550 “Purrdy Gurl” Johnny and Jose’ did a great job of caring for “Purrdy Gurl” on her Service A maintenance. They also took extra care to have her sparkle like new from the ill-effects of parking under a Redwood Tree (shameful!). Having light-gray interior requires staying on top off scuffs and stains - the guys made sure not a spot was missed. I drove her off the lot gleaming inside and out like the day we bought her. He inspected vehicle & made suggestions to which service offered needed for my vehicle in which my husband both agreed on. I waited anxiously for an update to find out what the check engine light was about. I didn’t hear from Anthony until the next day. I was told that my vehicle would be ready to be picked up but would need to bring vehicle back because they didn’t have the part for the recall item. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to pick up vehicle that day because I was at work. Instead my husband & I picked it up the following day. My husband wanted to speak with Anthony about the service done on vehicle but unable to because he was with another client. We waited for 20 min. & couldn’t wait any longer. No follow up from Anthony to check what questions we had about vehicle. The vehicle was nicely cleaned & washed unlike the past this time they did a good job. Employees are nice & friendly. The other complaint I have about this dealership is no one answers the telephone. I wanted to speak to someone from finances & the phone kept ringing. Made several attempts still the same result & left a message. More

First, let me say that everyone was very friendly, especially the cashiers, who were also quite helpful wen the service advisor was MIA at the end of the day. The recall letter says the job should be a couple of hours, but I was told that morning when dropping the car off it would be all day. Not so convenient for me, but I rearranged some things and made the best of it. I get a little past 4:00 pm (as promised) that my car would be ready around 5:30 pm. The shuttle driver was great and got me there easily just after 5:30. My car wasn't ready so I was asked to wait. I see my car come out around 6 pm, but my paperwork was still not ready at the cashier and the service advisor was nowhere to be found. I had to wait another half hour and that was only because I kept checking in with the cashier and telling them my car was parked out front and ready. They finally located the paperwork, though still no service advisor. I checked out and proceeded to get my car. When I get there, I notice the passenger seat has a ton of grease smeared on it and the trim panel on the inside of the passenger side A pillar is loose. I am about to go in to complain and get things cleaned, etc. but realize there is no one around in the service area and I would be late to go pick up my son from practice, so I ended up cleaning the leather myself and pushing the panel back into place. Then I start getting text messages/email at around 7 pm telling me my car is ready. Seems very disorganized and sloppy. And if it had been regular service, I would have paid a huge premium for that experience. No thanks. More

The complim Service advisor Anthony took excellent care and was very attentive when I took my car for its first service at Autobahn about a month ago. The complimentary shuttle service was quite convenient. However, my perception of this dealer changed when I had a problem with my car's battery this week that needed to be serviced at a dealer. I called Autobahn's service department multiple times during the day to schedule an appointment but my calls were never picked up. I left two messages that were not returned. So I called the service manager Nick Serrano and left him a message explaining my attempts to book the service that was needed in a timely manner. Mr. Serrano called me back at around 7:30pm saying it was Nick from Autobahn, inquiring that I had left him a message. I briefly explained that I tried to schedule a service with Autobahn but was not able despite several attempts and that unfortunately I had to call another dealer due to the urgency of the matter. He answered with a curt response: " ok, you have a good day then, sir" and then he simply hang up on my face. No interest in understanding what had happened or apologies for the frustration. Instead, an impolite, disrespectful and unprofessional call ended hanging up the phone on a customer. Despite the excellent service provide by the service advisor Anthony, I don't plan on having future services performed at this dealer. More
