Problem not fixed first time Took our car in as it was making a noise. Making the appointment online is easy, and the check in process is easy too. Everyone is polite and helpful. Autobahn had the car for 24 hours and made repairs costing $4,000. Unfortunately, the noise has not gone away, so I am looking at returning to see what they missed in their "full diagnostic check". What was unexpected, was to arrive to pick up the car and have my mechanic meet me, go over the repairs and provide me with an invoice that was free of any charges. I had purchased a third party insurance when I leaded the vehicle, the mechanic did all the research, filed the claim, completed to work and all I had to do was pick up the car. I am always so surprised when I bring my car in for any type of service. This team is always so professional, polite and on top of things. Well done, the after purchase service support is top notch.
