After speaking with him and having him address my concerns I returned my vehicle to the service department and all the issues were handled. Because of Nicks immediate response and the nature of the way he handled things my faith in good customer service was restored. I brought my car in on Thursday before 9:30, because Anthony had called to say that the car would be fixed that day, the windshield swapped and the glue needed a night to settle. My car would be washed and I could pick it up next day afternoon. When I picked it up at 5:30pm next day, you service member just drove from the street onto the car park. When asked it turned out they had only fixed Two hours earlier . It was still dirty and couldn’t be washed as the glue had to settle until next day. Stick to your commitments. More

The only place I'd bring my Mercedes to! They have great technicians and service advisors. If you want the best of the best service, request Christian Rosier or Jerry Wong to work on your car. I told the person when I made the appointment that I had a flier and they said to bring it in. when I get there and present it, the service rep says it may be expired although there is no expiration date on it except 75 days after receipt. he then provides a printout to dealers saying that the offer the expired last year but which also said it expires 75 days upon physical receipt by customer - I had received it only a month or two ago. Dealership directed me to call mercedes benz corp. when I call corp, said it was up to dealership to honor. then mercedes benz rep stated he would get me $50 credit. In the mean time, received an unsolicited quote for $11k for other repairs the dealership stated my car needed. hard to trust the integrity of a dealership with $11k worth of repairs when they won’t honor an $25 difference. More
