I brought my car in on Thursday before 9:30, because Anthony had called to say that the car would be fixed that day, the windshield swapped and the glue needed a night to settle. When asked it turned out they had only fixed Two hours earlier . It was still dirty and couldn’t be washed as the glue had to settle until next day. Stick to your commitments. More

I told the person when I made the appointment that I had a flier and they said to bring it in. when I get there and present it, the service rep says it may be expired although there is no expiration date on it except 75 days after receipt. he then provides a printout to dealers saying that the offer the expired last year but which also said it expires 75 days upon physical receipt by customer - I had received it only a month or two ago. Dealership directed me to call mercedes benz corp. when I call corp, said it was up to dealership to honor. then mercedes benz rep stated he would get me $50 credit. In the mean time, received an unsolicited quote for $11k for other repairs the dealership stated my car needed. hard to trust the integrity of a dealership with $11k worth of repairs when they won’t honor an $25 difference. More
